First we start with the best possible ingredients, like powdered barley malt, not the less expensive liquid malt or no malt at all, like our competition. The bagels are then allowed to rest for 12 hours on fermentation boards giving them a deep flavor and crust. After the 12 hours, our bagels are ready for kettle boiling. The bagels are then hearth baked creating a true NY style bagel that is crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside.
You’ll find that NY Bagel, Cafe' & Deli runs rings around other bagel shops with a delicious array of complementary foods, like our Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Pesto Panini, how about our popular wrap sandwiches; such as our Turkey Club Wrap. We use only quality Boar’s Head Deli Meats, the smoothest flavored Creamed and quality Hard Cheeses; succulent Smoked Salmon and richly brewed Gourmet Coffee. Stop in for one of our freshly prepared Salads; such as our Caprese or Asian Chicken salads. We also offer many healthy choices such as, our Roasted Vegetable Wrap and our Sugar Free/Fat Free Fruit Smoothies.
